Volunteer Center
The success of LAHRA is a direct result
of the hard work and commitment of many members/volunteers.
Donating time to help advance the HR profession and provide our
members with developmental opportunities is a very rewarding
experience. Thank You to everyone who already contributes to the
success of our chapter in this manner. There are many ways to get
involved. Please allow us to benefit from your leadership skills.
Come help our professional and local community grow!
If you are able to participate with any
of the committees or initiatives listed below, please get in touch
with the designated Chairperson.
Letter of Thanks
"Dear friends from LAHRA,
What a great representation from
LAHRA at yesterday’s Livingston County United Way’s Day of
Caring! Your team members played games with disabled people,
coordinated food and personal care drives, assisted with
volunteer packet deliveries, served lunch to hundreds of
volunteers, cleaned carpets, stained privacy walls and weeded
and mulched gardens at our local abuse shelter.
We so appreciate the great
partnership we have with your members – and the importance of
working together for a stronger community and better life for
our friends and neighbors. You made a huge difference – thank
you from the bottom of our hearts!
Jeanne"
